Sunset Hills Vineyard is a historic 1870s area, fifty-acre private estate conveniently located between Routes 7 and 9 in Purcellville, VA. It is a very photographic pastoral setting, boasting stone and post and beam barn and outbuildings with spectacular views of the mountains, pond and vineyards and unrivaled sunsets. It is an exceptional venue for your wedding ceremony, reception, and rehearsal dinner.

Sunset Hills Vineyard's Wedding Services Include:
•	The use of our 8,000 square foot historic barn and beautiful grounds.
•	Use of our tastefully-lit double decking, 2,500 total sq. ft.(one level covered).
•	Our Hospitality and Events Manager for one hour of consultation and coordination.
•	One staff member available during the event for emergency assistance.
•	Use of our gourmet kitchen for your caterers.
•	Use of our Stone Chandelier Room for bride and bridal party, if ceremony is held onsite.
•	Free wine tasting for the bride/groom and parents prior to your wedding.
•	Ample parking for your guests and limo.
•	Use of Flat Screen television and Stereo System.
•	Access to prepare for your event (1 hour for a rehearsal and/or decorations and 1 ½ hour for caterer).

Pricing & Rental Information
Rental prices for the barn start at $5,900 and $6,900 depending on the day of the week and time of your event. Prices include the interior, upper and lower decks, Stone Chandelier Room and Willow Hill with pond and mountain views. We offer a 15% discount on our wine for you and your guests. Bottled beer can also be served if you obtain a banquet license with Virginia ABC for $55.00.
